Salary Deduction Payment Now Available at EUnimart

Great news for the Envergan community! Shopping at the EUnimart just became more convenient for our faculty members and employees. With the new salary deduction payment option, qualified personnel can now purchase items at the store and have the amount directly deducted from their monthly salary—making every grocery run smoother and hassle-free.

This initiative is part of the University’s continuing efforts to enhance employee convenience and support through practical and accessible services on campus.

Eligibility

All permanent faculty members and employees with at least one (1) year in service. Non-permanent faculty members may also apply with the same service requirement.
Applicants must be in good standing (i.e., no active HR disciplinary cases).

Enrollment

Interested faculty members and employees must submit a completed Application Form and Agreement Form for Salary Deduction to the Business Development Unit of the Health, Safety, and Auxiliary Services Department to authorize the University to deduct the grocery credit amount from their salary.

Credit Limit

Each qualified individual will be given a semi-monthly credit limit amounting to Php 2,000.00. Credit limit will be replenished every 5th and 18th day of the month. Unused credit limit will not be carried over to the next month.

Purchasing Process

For every purchase, employees must present their employee ID and sign a purchase log upon checkout at the EUnimart.
HSASD will maintain records and forward the total charges to the Accounting Office every 4th and 17th day of the month.

Payroll Deduction

One-time deduction will be applied in the next payroll period for purchases. In case of resignation or separation, outstanding balances will be settled from the final pay.
