Enverga U, Northwestern University strengthen academic linkages through ceremonial MOU signing

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) and Northwestern University formalized their partnership through the ceremonial signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte, Mar. 20.
