FROM VISION TO SITE: First ocular inspection marks a new milestone for Enverga Mauban

Guided by the experience and foundation established by its existing affiliate schools, the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) conducted its initial ocular inspection for the establishment of its new campus in Mauban set to operate by June 2026. The visit marked an important step in translating the University’s vision into place, as leaders closely examined the site and considered how it may be developed in keeping with MSEUF’s long-standing commitment to quality, accessible, values-oriented and future-ready education beyond urban centers.

Early discussions focused on assessing the site’s suitability and on aligning initial development considerations with the standards, practices, and long-term goals that have shaped MSEUF’s existing affiliate schools.

Enverga-Mauban targets to start its first semester by June 2026.

The proposed  site’s proximity to main roads shows its accessibility and strategic location for the future Enverga Mauban campus. It offers convenient access for students, faculty, and the surrounding community.
Marked  by open space and natural growth, the site presents a landscape ready to be shaped into a future academic environment.

The conducted on-site assessment during the initial ocular inspection reinforces the University’s hands-on approach to campus development. This ensures that the development of the Mauban campus aligns with MSEUF’s established standards.
