BED Quality Objectives

At the Basic Education, we are driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence in every aspect of our work. Our quality objectives serve as the guiding principles that propel us toward continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional educational experiences.

Towards the fulfillment of the university’s Mission, Vision, and Goal as well as the Basic Education Department’s Vision, Mission and Goal and its program requirements. The following objectives were formulated to ensure quality of service. 

  1. To achieve a satisfaction rating higher than 3.5 in a scale of 1-5 every year for 5 years.  

  2. To send 80% of teachers on national professional development conferences every year.  

  3. To achieve a higher clinical supervision rating of 3.5 in a scale of 1-5 every semester for three years.  

  4. To improve the MPS in the NAT for G6 and G10 by 2% above the national MPS every year for three years.  

  5. To achieve a 98% promotion rate of learners in all levels every year.  

  6. To ensure zero backlogs in the learner’s acquisition of learning competencies per quarter per subject every year for five years.
