College of Maritime Education (Freshmen/ New) Admission Application Procedure Academic Year 2025-2026

1. The applicant will fill out the online admission application and upload clear scanned copies of the required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission.

  • Grade 12 Report Card
  • 2 pcs. 2x2 Photo
  • Good Moral Certificate
  • PSA Birth Certificate (Note: Age of the applicant must be 21 years old and below)

2. The Admission Officer will review the submitted application and the uploaded admission requirements by the applicant.  Applicants may check the status of their application through the “REMARKS” section of their admission portal.  

3. The student applicant will visit the Admission Office for initial interview, confirmation of details (such as program to take and age of applicant) and process for admission before referring him to the Medical and Dental Services Clinic for laboratory instructions. 

4. The applicant will visit the Medical and Dental Services Clinic for the ISHIHARA and other laboratory instructions. For inquiries, they may also contact them through [email protected] or may call them at (042) 710 2541 | Local 149.

5. If the applicant passes the ISHIHARA test, they are given a referral to take the Hearing Acuity Test and other laboratory examinations. If the applicant fails the ISHIHARA and Hearing Acuity tests, he/ she will be endorsed to the Admission Office for course advising. The Admission Officer advises them to choose another program (Non-CME Program, may refer to the admission procedures for non-CME applicants). 

6. The applicant may visit the Admissions Office for course advising to further guide them in setting their career goals and in making wise decisions about their future. 

7. A student who passed both the Ishihara and Hearing Acuity Tests and laboratory examinations will be scheduled for psychological assessment. The applicant will receive detailed instructions such as the date, time, and venue of the examination, the testing fee, and the release of the results of the assessment. Instructions may be viewed through the “REMARKS” section of their admissions portal. Student applicant should PRINT and present the Admission Test Permit (from the portal) together with the admission testing fee official receipt to the psychometrician before taking the test. 
Note: The student applicant will be required to take an enhancement course based on the results of the assessment. 

8. Final approval of the admission application shall be received by the applicants after submission of the complete physical and original copies of the admission requirements.
