Admission Application Procedure for Student Applicants from Foreign Country

Admission Application Procedure for Student Applicants from Foreign Country Academic Year 2025-2026

1. To ensure that only qualified foreign students are admitted per MSEUF policy and Bureau of Immigration regulations. The process starts with the issuance of the Notice of Acceptance to the foreign  student after the initial authentication of the foreign student records and ends with  the processing of the student visa and (ACR-ID) Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card.

2. The applicant will proceed to the nearest Philippine Service Post and submit the required documents. 

  • Authenticated School Records and Notice of Acceptance
  • Photocopy of Passport
  • 2 colored 3.5cm X 4.5cm passport photos
  • Authenticated Birth Certificate
  • Report Card (Back-to- back)
  • Medical Certificate
  • Endorsement addressed to the Commissioner from the school for the conversion of the applicant’s status
  • Letter of Sponsorship Authenticated by DFA and proof of Financial Capacity
  • Photocopy of valid Identification Card

3. The University Registrar will review the application and processes the student visa in the Philippine Consular Office.

4. The foreign student may now apply for Medical Certificate at the Bureau of Quarantine; submit a photocopy of their passport.

5. The University Registrar will review the visa issued by the Philippine Service Post and requires the foreign student to fill up Bureau of Immigration Consolidated General Application Form (CGAF)

6. The University Registrar and Authorized Representative Bureau of Immigration Personnel will submit the new student application for visa conversion to student visa and the other documentary requirements.

  • Pay necessary Immigration fees
  • BI Issues Certificate of Visa conversion with valid stay of foreign student.

7. The foreign student may now submit copy of passport with visa implementation and copy of CGAF Form.

  • Pay necessary fees
  • Undergoes fingerprinting and picture taking
  • BI Issues the Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACR-ID Card)

8. The foreign student may now enroll in a program following the procedures for enrollment.
