The RPIUC offers support and funding for researchers aiming to publish in reputable journals. The process includes identifying a suitable peer-reviewed journal, consulting with the RPIUC for advisory support, submitting the manuscript for internal review, completing the Research Publication Grant Application Form, and submitting all requirements.
This service supports faculty, researchers, administrators, students, and non-teaching personnel who have completed institutional research papers or require guidance in preparing and publishing their work. The Research Publication, Incubation, and Utilization Center (RPIUC) provides assistance throughout the publication process, from identifying appropriate journals or conferences to addressing publication requirements. Step-by-Step Guide in Applying for Research Publication Grant
Step 1: Identify a Journal Publication
- Search for a reputable, peer-reviewed journal that aligns with your research topic.
- Ensure the journal is recognized in your academic field and meets ethical publication standards.
- Take note of the journal’s submission guidelines, fees, indexing status, and publication timeline.
Step 2: Consult the RPIUC
- Contact the RPIUC for consultation and advisory support before submitting to the journal.
- The office will guide you in selecting suitable journals and ensure your research meets internal publication standards.
- Schedule an appointment or reach out via email or official communication channels.
Step 3: Submit Your Research Paper for Review
- Provide a full draft of your research manuscript for internal review.
- Your paper will undergo evaluation through plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin) and other internal research quality checks.
- Revisions or improvements may be recommended based on the review results.
Step 4: Accomplish the Research Publication Grant Application Form
- Once your paper passes the internal review, complete the official Research Publication Grant Application Form.
- Ensure all required fields are filled out and supporting documents (e.g., journal information, Turnitin report) are attached.
Step 5: Submit the Application to RPIUC
- Submit the duly accomplished form and all supporting documents to the RPIUC Office.
- You may submit your application through the official RPIUC email or digital platform (if available).
