1. Implement the 80-90% online enrollment system for the next three years.

2. . Maintain a 95-100 accuracy in the monitoring of courses offered in the online enrollment system every semester for the next three years. 

3. Process 80% of requested Transcript of Records within seven (7) working days period except for ETEEAP students for the next three years.

4. Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of at least 4.0 in a scale of 1-5 at the end of the semester for the next three years.
