Quality Objectives

  1. To provide each non-academic department in the University with the updated inventory list within seven (7) working days after completion of the annual inventory-taking; 
  2. To provide each academic department in the University with an updated inventory list within one (1) month after completion of the annual inventory taking; 
  3. To issue all deliveries to requesting departments after a three-day holding period; 
  4. To maintain a systematic scheduling for the use of facilities and venues under the management of the Property Department evidenced by a customer satisfaction rating higher than 4.50 in a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, every end of the semester every year;
