1. Ensure that at least 95% of the budget requests and other communications are reviewed and endorsed or acted upon within three (3) working days upon receipt of complete details and attachments from the department or office concerned. 

2. Review and update at least one financial policy per semester, every year for the next five years. 

3. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than 4.5 in a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, every year for the next five years.
