GEP – QSC strengthens organization; holds membership interviews for second year GE students
As part of its recruitment process, evaluating applicants' knowledge of the profession, motivation, experiences, and readiness to become active members of the organization, the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP) Quezon Student Chapter conducted membership interviews for second-year Geodetic Engineering students.
The membership interview aimed to assess each applicant's understanding of the geodetic engineering profession while evaluating their experiences, commitment, and motivation to participate in the organization's programs and initiatives. The activity also sought to identify students who demonstrated the values and potential to contribute meaningfully to the chapter's goals.
Through the interview process, the chapter evaluated the qualifications and preparedness of aspiring members. The activity enabled the organization to identify dedicated and capable students who can actively support future projects and organizational initiatives.
The interview also encouraged applicants to reflect on their academic journey, strengthen their communication skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and expectations of becoming a member of the GEP Quezon Student Chapter.
By completing the recruitment process, the organization reinforced its commitment to building a membership composed of students who value professional growth, active participation, and service.
