CMAS supports Battle of the Bands with crowd management

The Criminology Martial Arts Society of the College of Criminal Justice and Criminology of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation served as event marshals during the Battle of the Bands 2026 on Feb. 10, helping ensure order and safety as student performers showcased their musical talent.
The event, organized in collaboration with the University Central Student Council, provided a platform for student bands to perform, build confidence and engage in healthy competition.
CMAS members managed crowd flow, maintained discipline and supported organizers to keep the program organized and secure throughout the activity.
“This event showed how teamwork and discipline can make a big difference in the success of student activities,” a CMAS marshal said. “It was also rewarding to support our fellow students on stage.”
Organizers said the competition aimed to strengthen camaraderie and promote appreciation for artistic expression within the university community.
The activity highlighted the role of collaboration among student organizations in delivering safe, organized and meaningful campus events.
The activity reflected the University’s core values of Service, Unity and Fortitude by encouraging students to take active roles in maintaining safety and supporting campus initiatives.
