EBF officers join virtual planning workshop for 2025 activities
The Enverga Bar Flippers joined about 100 student leaders in the 2025 Planning Workshop held via Microsoft Teams to strengthen leadership, improve management practices and align student organization activities with the university’s 10 strategic goals.
The virtual workshop gathered student organization officers, including the EBF executive board, for a strategy session focused on planning, coordination and organizational development.
Under the guidance of Lea, EBF developed a comprehensive activity plan for the upcoming academic year. The session helped the organization identify priorities, organize proposed projects and ensure that its programs support the university’s institutional directions.
The workshop also featured a session by Arby Lagman on updated PCARV protocols for facility management. The discussion helped student leaders better understand procedures needed for planning and implementing campus activities.
Through the activity, EBF officers strengthened their skills in leadership, project planning and organizational management. The workshop also gave them a clearer direction for implementing well-organized and purposeful activities in 2025.
The virtual format showed that distance did not limit collaboration among student leaders. By the end of the session, EBF gained a stronger roadmap for the academic year and reaffirmed its commitment to organized, service-oriented and collaborative leadership.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to outcomes-oriented education by helping student leaders plan activities with clear goals and institutional alignment. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Unity and Service as EBF officers worked with fellow student leaders to prepare purposeful programs for the university community.
- SDG 4: Quality Education — The workshop strengthened student leadership, planning and organizational management skills.
