The Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines-Quezon Student Chapter organized a seminar to provide Geodetic Engineering students with academic support, professional guidance and practical preparation for future licensure examinations.

The program opened with a discussion on calculator techniques, where students learned efficient and practical methods for solving computational problems. The session helped participants improve their approach to problem-solving, especially in areas relevant to board examination preparation.

A succeeding session focused on current trends and tips for the board examination. Students gained insights into study approaches, examination patterns and preparation strategies that can help them plan early and build confidence in pursuing their academic and professional goals.

The seminar also featured a company presentation by Vectors Review Center, which introduced available review programs and opportunities for licensure examination preparation. An interactive raffle followed, giving participants the chance to receive discount coupons for review support.

The activity strengthened the academic preparedness and professional awareness of the participants. It helped students better understand the importance of early planning, effective study habits and access to reliable review resources.

The interactive parts of the program encouraged active participation and made the seminar more engaging. Overall, the activity created a productive learning environment for Geodetic Engineering students, as well as GEP-QSC members and officers.

The seminar reflected MSEUF’s commitment to outcomes-oriented education by helping students prepare for professional licensure and future careers through practical learning and academic support. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Fortitude as GEP-QSC guided students toward stronger preparation, discipline and confidence.
