LUCENA CITY — The Enverga Bar Flippers supported the “Synergy in Excellence” Senior High School Skills Olympics at the MSEUF Gymnasium by operating a beverage booth for young competitors, organizers and guests.

The event gathered senior high school students who showcased their skills, talent and dedication in hospitality-related competitions. Through its booth, EBF helped create an energetic and welcoming atmosphere while keeping participants refreshed throughout the activity.

EBF members served coffee and other beverages during the event, applying their skills in barista work, mixology, customer service and booth operations. The fast-paced setting gave members valuable experience in handling high-volume service while maintaining professionalism and quality.

Beyond serving refreshments, the booth also allowed EBF to inspire senior high school students by showing the level of skill, discipline and hospitality training they can develop as future Envergans.

For EBF members, the activity became a meaningful learning experience that strengthened teamwork, service confidence and event readiness. It also reinforced the organization’s role in promoting hospitality excellence within and beyond the university community.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing by giving students hands-on exposure to real event service and beverage operations. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity as EBF members worked together to support young competitors and promote hospitality as a field of skill, passion and professionalism.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education — The activity supported skills development and experiential learning for both EBF members and senior high school participants.
  • SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth — EBF members developed work-ready competencies in beverage service, customer engagement and event operations.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — The activity strengthened collaboration among students, organizers and the university community in supporting talent development.
