QUEZON CONVENTION CENTER — The Enverga Bar Flippers supported the Quezon Coffee Expo 2024 by assisting in event operations and helping ensure the smooth conduct of the provincial industry event.

Fourteen EBF members were invited to serve as part of the operational support team, reflecting the organization’s reputation for discipline, efficiency and professionalism.

During the expo, members assisted in key areas such as registration, participant flow, stage coordination and technical support for presenters. Their roles helped maintain an organized program and allowed guests, speakers and exhibitors to focus on showcasing Quezon’s coffee heritage.

The activity gave EBF members valuable behind-the-scenes experience in managing a large-scale industry event. It also exposed them to the practical demands of event coordination, guest assistance and technical preparation outside the traditional classroom setting.

Through their participation, EBF members strengthened their communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills while learning more about the business and cultural value of Quezon’s coffee industry.

The experience reinforced the organization’s ability to support professional events with discipline and confidence, showing that hospitality service extends beyond beverage preparation and into full event management.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing and outcomes-oriented education by giving students real exposure to industry event operations. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity as EBF members worked together to support a major provincial event with professionalism and purpose.
