The Enverga Bar Flippers conducted “MIENCRAFT: Mixology and Enhanced Craft-Bartending Techniques” at the CIHTM Building to strengthen the technical skills, creativity and professionalism of 54 members through a seminar-workshop on bartending and mixology.

The activity began with a formal seminar on industry standards, giving participants a stronger understanding of professional practices in beverage service and bartending. The session helped bridge classroom learning with the expectations of the hospitality industry.

The program then shifted to a hands-on workshop, where expert speakers and their assistants demonstrated flairtending routines and cocktail preparation techniques. Members observed the demonstrations and later moved to the bar stations to practice under guided instruction.

Through the workshop, EBF members developed their skills in mixing drinks, handling bar tools and performing basic flair techniques. The training also encouraged participants to apply creativity, discipline and confidence while working in a practical learning environment.

The activity gave members valuable exposure to industry-based techniques and strengthened their readiness for future hospitality-related events and competitions. It also reinforced EBF’s commitment to continuous improvement in craft bartending and service excellence.

Overall, MIENCRAFT provided a meaningful learning experience that helped prepare EBF members for higher standards of performance in the hospitality field.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing and outcomes-oriented education by allowing students to build industry skills through direct, hands-on training. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Fortitude and Service as EBF members pursued mastery, practiced discipline and prepared themselves for professional hospitality work.
