Enverga Bar Flippers handle mobile bar service for debut celebration
LUCENA CITY — The Enverga Bar Flippers managed the mobile bar operations for a debut celebration at Queen Margarette Hotel in Domoit, serving about 150 guests and showcasing the service skills of hospitality management students.
The team prepared for the event four days ahead by sourcing ingredients, organizing bar tools and ensuring that all materials were ready for the celebration. Their preparation helped support smooth bar operations during the event.
Although the program started two hours later than scheduled, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., EBF members maintained their focus and continued to serve guests until the event ended at 11 p.m.
Throughout the celebration, the group demonstrated professionalism, teamwork and customer service in a real hospitality setting. The activity allowed members to apply their training in beverage service, event coordination and guest engagement.
After the event, the members returned to the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management at 2 a.m. to clean, dry and properly return all equipment. Their effort reflected discipline, accountability and respect for department resources.
The activity provided EBF members with valuable hands-on experience in mobile bar operations and strengthened their confidence in handling high-energy events. It also showed their commitment to delivering quality service with professionalism and a positive attitude.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing and outcomes-oriented education by allowing students to apply hospitality skills in an actual event setting. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Fortitude as EBF members prepared carefully, served guests professionally and completed their responsibilities with discipline.
