EBF Christmas Bazaar booth showcases proactive hospitality service

The Enverga Bar Flippers joined the Christmas Bazaar at the MSEUF Gym from Nov. 25 to 29, offering a festive selection of mocktails, sodas and coffee beverages to students, teachers and campus visitors.
The booth created a lively holiday experience within the gym, which was transformed into a winter-themed venue for the celebration. Through the activity, EBF members applied their skills in beverage preparation, customer service and booth management.
To expand their reach, members also roved through the Senior High School building to offer refreshments directly to teachers and students. This proactive service helped increase sales and exceeded the group’s initial expectations.
Beyond generating income, the activity became a valuable exercise in planning, coordination and teamwork. Members handled booth operations, promoted their products and served customers in a busy campus setting.
The revenue from the Christmas Bazaar was directed to the EBF treasury to support future organization projects for the coming semester.
Through the activity, EBF strengthened its practical service experience while showing initiative, creativity and professionalism in responding to customer needs.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing by giving students a real setting to practice hospitality, sales and customer engagement. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity as EBF members worked together to deliver quality service and support future student-led initiatives.
- SDG 4: Quality Education — The activity supported experiential learning through sales, service, planning and booth operations.
- SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth — EBF members developed entrepreneurial and work-ready skills in customer service, product promotion and revenue generation.
- SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — The bazaar encouraged collaboration within the university community and supported student organization initiatives.
