LUCENA CITY — The Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants launched “Level Up Learning: A Peer Tutoring Program,” a collaborative academic initiative designed to support Bachelor of Science in Accountancy students and lower-level Management Accounting students.

The program aims to strengthen students’ understanding of core accounting concepts through guided peer-to-peer learning. It provides structured tutoring sessions where learners can ask questions, review lessons and build confidence in foundational subjects.

Through the initiative, student-tutors assist their peers in improving academic performance, competence and critical thinking. The program also makes academic support more accessible by using shared vacant time for learning sessions.

Organizers said the initiative allows student-tutors to demonstrate academic mastery while helping create a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility within the organization.

The program benefits both tutors and learners. Tutees receive additional academic guidance, while tutors strengthen their communication, leadership and subject mastery through teaching.

By launching Level Up Learning, EUJPIA reinforced its commitment to academic excellence, student support and collective growth within the accountancy community.

The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered and outcomes-oriented education by promoting peer support, academic confidence and shared learning. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity as students helped one another grow in knowledge, competence and readiness for future professional work.
