EUJPIA empowers young leaders through Kaisa Kabataan 2025
LUCENA CITY, Philippines — The Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants conducted “Kaisa Kabataan: Igniting the Hearts of the Youth for the Community 2025” on Sept. 5 at the AEC Little Theatre of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation to empower young leaders and strengthen community-centered initiatives.
The planning workshop gathered student representatives for discussions on leadership, civic engagement and the future direction of organizational programs designed to respond to community needs through active youth participation.
Participants joined collaborative discussions, strategic planning sessions and group activities that emphasized proactive leadership, civic responsibility and long-term community development.
The workshop also provided a platform for open dialogue on key issues affecting youth involvement. Attendees proposed initiatives aligned with EUJPIA’s mission of developing socially responsible and community-oriented student leaders.
Through the activity, students gained a deeper understanding of their role in creating positive change within and beyond the university. The workshop also strengthened collaboration among participants as they explored ways to support meaningful outreach and community programs.
By conducting Kaisa Kabataan 2025, EUJPIA reinforced its commitment to leadership development, service and active student involvement in community affairs.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s mission of forming socially responsible individuals through leadership, service and community engagement. It also upheld the core values of Service, Unity and Fortitude as student leaders worked together to plan initiatives that address real community needs.
