EUJPIA launches fitness fundraiser for student welfare programs


LUCENA CITY — The Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants launched “Step Up and Shine: Run for the Beat, Hunt for the Cause,” a fundraising initiative in 2026 to support academic and student welfare programs.
The event gathered Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting students, along with faculty members, for a series of fitness challenges designed to promote health, physical activity and community support.
Organizers said the activity aimed to raise funds while encouraging participants to maintain a healthy lifestyle and strengthen their well-being beyond academic work.
The initiative also fostered teamwork, camaraderie and school spirit within the accountancy community. Through the activity, students engaged in meaningful extracurricular participation while supporting programs that benefit their fellow learners.
By combining fitness, fundraising and student engagement, EUJPIA reinforced its commitment to the holistic development and welfare of its members.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered education by supporting programs that promote physical wellness, student welfare and meaningful involvement beyond the classroom. It also upheld the core values of Service, Unity and Excellence as students and faculty came together to support a shared cause.
