EUJPIA launches officership training for aspiring student leaders

LUCENA CITY — The Enverga University Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants launched its Officership Training Program to prepare aspiring student leaders for service in the organization for fiscal year 2026-2027.
The program provides participants with meaningful leadership experience as they demonstrate their commitment, skills and potential to serve the EUJPIA community.
Trainees receive structured exposure to all EUJPIA departments, allowing them to understand the organization’s functions, responsibilities and workflow. Through this process, participants gain a clearer view of how each department contributes to the organization’s overall operations.
The immersive training also guides participants in identifying the departments and positions that best match their strengths, interests and abilities.
Organizers said the program aims to support effective management and encourage deeper involvement among future student leaders.
By developing capable and well-prepared officers, EUJPIA continues its commitment to sustaining strong student leadership, organizational excellence and responsible service for the coming academic year.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered and outcomes-oriented education by preparing students for real leadership responsibilities within their academic organization. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Fortitude as trainees developed discipline, accountability and readiness to serve.
