EBF supports smooth operations at CIHTM Alumni Dinner Gala
The Enverga Bar Flippers supported the CIHTM Alumni Dinner Gala, themed “Echoes of Success,” by assisting in event logistics, guest services and program operations for alumni of the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
EBF members helped manage guest registration, crowd flow and table service throughout the evening. Their support contributed to the smooth conduct of the event and helped create a welcoming atmosphere for alumni guests.
The activity allowed EBF members to apply hospitality skills in a formal event setting. Through their assigned roles, members practiced professionalism, coordination, guest relations and service delivery.
EBF also worked with the Enverga Cusineros and the Hospitality Management Society, showing strong collaboration among CIHTM student organizations. Their teamwork helped ensure that the gala reflected the college’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
The event celebrated the achievements and legacy of CIHTM alumni while giving students an opportunity to serve and learn from a real industry-style experience.
Through their participation, EBF members demonstrated discipline, teamwork and readiness to support major college events. The activity strengthened their confidence and reinforced their role as future hospitality professionals.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to learning by doing and outcomes-oriented education by allowing students to apply hospitality service, event coordination and guest management skills in an actual formal event. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Service and Unity as student organizations worked together to honor alumni and deliver a meaningful celebration.
