EBF strengthens teamwork through farm-based team-building activity

The Enverga Bar Flippers conducted “Leaders Unite: Building Bonds, One Knot at a Time” at Ouan’s The Farm Resort to strengthen teamwork, trust and communication among members through a full day of team-building activities and outdoor challenges.
The activity brought members together in a setting outside the classroom and laboratory, giving them an opportunity to build stronger relationships and develop a more supportive team environment. Organizers designed the program to help members improve communication, cooperation and problem-solving skills.
Throughout the day, participants joined icebreakers and outdoor challenges that tested their ability to work together under different situations. The activities encouraged members to rely on one another, listen carefully and respond as a team.
The program aimed to create an environment where trust serves as the foundation of leadership and teamwork. Through shared tasks and group challenges, members strengthened camaraderie and developed a deeper sense of connection within the organization.
Guest speakers also emphasized the value of teamwork in leadership, reminding participants that strong leaders succeed with the support of a united and dependable team. The session helped reinforce the importance of collaboration, accountability and mutual support among members.
By the end of the activity, EBF members emerged with stronger bonds and a clearer understanding of the role teamwork plays in achieving shared goals. The team-building activity benefited the organization by fostering unity, leadership growth and a more cohesive working relationship among its members.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to student-centered and transformative learning by giving students opportunities to grow through shared experiences beyond the classroom. It also upheld the core values of Unity, Excellence and Fortitude as EBF members worked together to build trust, strengthen relationships and develop as a team.
