Deals with the students, scholarships, and maintenance of the facilities and swimming pool. Recommending approval of all the PCARV permit forms for scheduling a reservation of the sports facilities. The Director attends meetings outside the university and handles the communication. Conducting sports clinics and workshops for the athletes. Manages training of the athletes coordinated with the sports coaches and the OSCR Director.
