EBF officers join EU Leaders planning workshop

Officers of the Enverga Bar Flippers joined fellow student leaders in “EU Leaders: Empowering and Uniting for Collaborative Success,” a planning workshop held at the MSEUF Library Hall to strengthen leadership, organization planning and collaboration among student groups.
The workshop guided student organizations in aligning their plans and activities with the university’s 10 strategic goals and the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
Under the guidance of Lea, EBF officers crafted their organizational roadmap for the year, identifying activities and directions that support student development, collaboration and responsible leadership within the College of International Hospitality and Tourism Management.
The session also helped the officers strengthen their planning process by encouraging them to set clear goals, organize priorities and prepare activities that respond to institutional objectives.
The workshop concluded with a technical briefing by Arby Lagman on the PCARV facility process, which helped student leaders better understand procedures for organizing and implementing future events.
Through the activity, EBF officers gained a stronger foundation in leadership, event preparation and organizational management. The workshop also reinforced their readiness to lead meaningful activities and contribute to a more collaborative student organization community.
The activity reflected MSEUF’s commitment to outcomes-oriented and student-centered education by helping student leaders plan purposeful programs aligned with institutional and global development goals. It also upheld the core values of Excellence, Unity and Service as EBF officers prepared to lead with vision, organization and collaboration.
