The delegation from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation concluded its Northbound Universities Benchmarking Activity with a final visit to Northwestern University on Mar. 20, to strengthen institutional collaboration and exchange best practices in higher education.

Despite the holiday, the host institution welcomed the 16-member MSEUF delegation, reflecting a shared commitment to academic partnership and knowledge exchange.

Celso Jaballa, vice president, opened the program and introduced the delegates, setting a collaborative tone for the engagement.

Both universities then participated in benchmarking discussions that focused on academic programs, administrative systems and institutional best practices. The dialogue allowed participants to explore innovative strategies that support quality education, efficient operations and student success.

“This exchange strengthened our commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration with partner institutions,” Global Engagement Director Dr. Jennifer Reyes said.

Following the session, Northwestern University representatives guided the delegation through a campus tour, showcasing facilities, learning spaces and student-centered resources.
