MSEUF benchmarks with University of Northern Philippines

Delegates from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation visited the University of Northern Philippines on Mar. 19, as part of the Northbound Universities Benchmarking Activity to strengthen institutional partnerships and exchange best practices in higher education.

The 16-member delegation received a warm welcome from the UNP community, with Vice President Celso Jaballa formally introducing the group and setting a collaborative tone for the engagement.

Both institutions participated in benchmarking discussions that explored academic programs, institutional strategies and innovative approaches to teaching and learning. The dialogue allowed participants to identify opportunities for collaboration and align shared goals in advancing quality education.

“This exchange opened avenues for partnership and reinforced our commitment to continuous improvement,” Vice President for External Relations Celso Jaballa said. 

Following the discussions, UNP representatives guided the MSEUF delegation on a campus tour, showcasing facilities, academic programs and student-centered learning spaces.

The visit marked the third day of the benchmarking initiative and highlighted the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing in strengthening institutional capabilities.


The activity reflected the University’s core values of Excellence, Unity and Fortitude by promoting continuous learning and collaboration with partner institutions. It also advanced the University’s vision of global competitiveness through strategic academic partnerships.
