GEP-QSC team building strengthens unity, professional connections

Strengthening teamwork, camaraderie and professional connections within the geodetic engineering community, the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines – Quezon Student Chapter conducted “Team Building for Every Juan” on Sept. 19 at Farm Mi Casa Resort in Barangay Alupaye, Pagbilao, Quezon.
The daylong activity gathered 61 participants, including GEP-QSC officers and members, geodetic engineering students, practicing Geodetic Engineers and GE board examinees. Geodetic Engineers officers from different provinces also joined the gathering.
The activity began with a Holy Mass attended by Geodetic Engineers, students and board examinees, providing an opportunity for fellowship and moral support for those preparing for the licensure examination.
Participants later joined indoor team-building activities designed to strengthen communication, cooperation and teamwork. The exercises encouraged members to work together while developing stronger relationships within the organization.
GEP-QSC also welcomed Geodetic Engineers officers from different provinces, creating opportunities for students and members to interact with professionals and broaden their connections within the geodetic engineering community.
Through the activity, participants strengthened camaraderie, leadership and organizational solidarity while building relationships between future and practicing professionals in the field.
The activity supported Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation’s commitment to holistic and student-centered development by providing students with opportunities to strengthen teamwork, leadership, communication and professional engagement. It also reflected the core values of Unity and Fortitude through fellowship, mutual support and stronger connections within the geodetic engineering community.
