Medical and Dental Services Quality Objectives
At Medical and Dental Services, we are driven by a steadfast commitment to quality management in every aspect of our work. Our quality objectives serve as the guiding principles that propel us toward continuous improvement and the delivery of exceptional educational experiences.
1. Implement and monitor the medical and dental health of the students, teaching, and nonteaching employees by 100 % response rating through consultation, evaluation, and treatment of medical and dental concerns every semester for the next 3 years.
2. Promote health and wellness awareness by conducting at least two medical health education and four awareness campaigns every year for the next 3 years in collaboration with HRD.
3. Increase medical and dental services utilization of the faculty, employees, and students by at least 80% every year for the next 3 years.
4. Attain a customer satisfaction rating of 4 on a scale of 1-5 (5 being the highest rating) at the end of the semester every year for 3 years.
