1. Manage the MSEUF research agenda with 100% implementation with at least two (2) research projects per agenda annually.
2. Train at least 80% of the faculty researchers on the trends in research through a research capacity-building seminar every semester.
3. Implement at least thirty (30) faculty research projects every year in the next five years.
4. Disseminate all research outputs via the MSEUF Research Colloquium and at least five (5) international and ten (10) national research conferences every year in the next five years.
5. Analyze 100% of the customer satisfaction surveys every end of the semester.
6. Achieve a customer satisfaction rating higher than 3.5 on a scale of 1-5 every end of the semester every year for five years.
