The MSEUF DCAV Research and Knowledge Management Institute is committed to the production, dissemination, and utilization of new knowledge for human growth and social development. It manages, monitors, and evaluates research and knowledge production of the University. It formulates and implements the overall research agenda of the University - from designing, organizing, documenting, disseminating, and utilizing research and knowledge outputs.

In 2030, the MSEUF Dr. Cesar A. Villariba Research and Knowledge Management Institute (DCAVRKMI) shall be a globally competitive research institute with a high concentration of talent, culture of collaboration, and involvement in transnational research.
