In 2030, the MSEUF Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) shall be a globally competitive graduate studies and research institution in the fields of education, business, engineering management, IT, criminology, public administration, and management.

Mission

The Institute of Graduate Studies and Research (IGSR) in tandem with Dr. Cesar A. Villariba Research and Knowledge Management Institute (DCAVRKMI) aims to upgrade the capacities of education, business, engineering management, IT, criminology, public administration, and management professionals to make positive contributions to research practice.
