Enverga strengthens partnership with Panpacific University

To expand collaboration in academics, research and community engagement, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and Panpacific University formalized their partnership through the ceremonial signing of a memorandum of understanding, Mar. 17.

The agreement established a framework for joint initiatives, including faculty and student exchanges, collaborative research projects and the sharing of best practices in instruction and institutional management.

University officials from both institutions expressed strong support for the partnership and recognized the MOU as a strategic step toward strengthening institutional ties.

“This collaboration opens new opportunities for innovation and growth while enhancing the quality of education we provide,” a university representative said.

The ceremonial signing highlighted a shared vision between MSEUF and Panpacific University to advance academic excellence and contribute to the continuous development of higher education.


The partnership reflected the University’s core values of Excellence, Unity and Service by fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange. It also supported the vision of global competitiveness through strategic alliances that enhance academic and research capabilities.
