MSEUF, VLBJCAS mark partnership through ceremonial MoU signing

Expanding opportunities for international academic collaboration, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Sciences of India marked their institutional partnership through a ceremonial memorandum of understanding signing on July 7 in Indonesia.
Dr. Jennifer Reyes, head of Global Engagement and Linkages, represented MSEUF, while Dr. D. Brindha, director for academics and research, represented VLB Janakiammal College of Arts and Sciences, or VLBJCAS.
The ceremonial signing took place during the 2nd International Conference on Advanced Nexus of Data and Information Technology, or ICANDIT 2026, where MSEUF served as one of the co-host institutions.
The partnership establishes a foundation for future collaboration between the two institutions, including opportunities for shared learning, knowledge exchange and other academic initiatives that may contribute to their institutional development.
Through the partnership, MSEUF continued to expand its international academic network and strengthen connections with overseas institutions that can support future academic and professional engagement.
The partnership supported MSEUF’s commitment to global competitiveness by expanding opportunities for international academic engagement and knowledge exchange. It also reflected the core values of Unity and Excellence through cross-border cooperation and the development of mutually beneficial institutional initiatives.
