Strengthening its international academic network, Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation and VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies of India marked their institutional partnership through a ceremonial memorandum of understanding signing on July 7 at Nusa Putra University in Indonesia.

Dr. Jennifer Reyes, head of Global Engagement and Linkages, represented MSEUF, while Dr. S. Arun, dean of IQAC, represented VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, or VISTAS.

The ceremonial signing took place during the 2nd International Conference on Advanced Nexus of Data and Information Technology, or ICANDIT 2026, where MSEUF served as one of the co-host institutions.

The partnership establishes a foundation for future collaboration between MSEUF and VISTAS, including potential academic opportunities, knowledge-sharing initiatives and other programs that may contribute to the development of both institutions.

Through the ceremonial MOU signing, MSEUF further expanded its international linkages while opening avenues for academic exchange and mutually beneficial institutional initiatives with its partner in India.

The partnership supported MSEUF’s commitment to global competitiveness by expanding its international academic network and creating opportunities for future knowledge exchange and collaboration. It also reflected the core values of Unity and Excellence through cross-border institutional cooperation and shared academic engagement.

  • SDG 4: Quality Education — The partnership creates opportunities for academic cooperation and knowledge sharing that can support institutional and educational development.
  • SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals — The MOU strengthens international collaboration between MSEUF and VISTAS and provides a foundation for future joint initiatives.
