MSEUF reaffirms global academic collaboration at NCNU MOU signing

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation advanced its internationalization efforts through an MOU signing ceremony and university networking sessions on May 6, 2026, at National Chi Nan University in Puli, Taiwan, during the opening day of the World University Ranking for Innovation Conference and the 6th Hanseatic League of Universities Conference.
University leaders, administrators and international partners gathered at NCNU to strengthen academic partnerships and promote collaboration among higher education institutions from Asia, Europe, Africa and other regions.
NCNU President Dong-Sing Wuu hosted the MOU signing ceremony, which served as one of the key activities of the conference’s opening day. The event provided participating institutions an avenue to explore partnerships in academic collaboration, research initiatives, student and faculty mobility, and internationalization programs.
The director of the Global Engagement Office represented MSEUF during the ceremony and networking activities. Through its participation, the University reaffirmed its commitment to building partnerships that support innovation, knowledge exchange and cross-cultural cooperation.
Delegates also joined networking sessions that encouraged the sharing of best practices, strategic initiatives and innovative approaches in higher education.
