MSEUF’s Engr. Glenn Kenneth Berbon Cruz Tops June 2025 SPLE for Registered Electrical Engineers

ETEEAP

Engr. Glenn Kenneth Berbon Cruz of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) – Lucena City has made history by clinching the Top 1 spot in the June 2025 Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) for Registered Electrical Engineers, achieving an impressive 87.55% rating. He is the sole topnotcher in this year’s licensure examination.

This remarkable achievement highlights MSEUF’s continued commitment to academic excellence and quality engineering education, especially in its SPLE and ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program) programs.

In addition to Engr. Cruz’s outstanding performance, the university also produced 10 successful examinees, consisting of 9 ETEEAP graduates and 1 regular graduate — a testament to the institution’s inclusive and effective academic training for professionals, both traditional and non-traditional.

The SPLE is conducted by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in coordination with the Professional Regulatory Board of Electrical Engineering for qualified Filipino professionals based overseas.
