A ceremonial signing of the Deed of Donation and Acceptance was held on April 15 at the University Board Room, where Enverga alumnus Donaldearl Alanrey S. Comiso formally donated a parcel of land to Enverga University-Catanauan. On behalf of the institution, University Chairman Atty. Wilfrido L. Enverga signed its acceptance.
 
Comiso expressed that the donation was intended to benefit students of Enverga-Catanauan, with the hope that the land would be used for the development of college facilities. This makes quality education more accessible, particularly for residents of Catanauan.

The signing was witnessed by Former Catanauan Mayor Sebastian Serrano and University President Naila E. Leveriza who gave words of acceptance and gratitude. Vice President for Administration Atty. Dario Opistan read the recitals of the document.
