The College of Engineering (CEng) stands as a pillar of innovation and academic excellence, committed to advancing the frontiers of engineering education and practice. Since its inception, CEng has played a vital role in driving technological progress by equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to address complex engineering challenges. Guided by a strong commitment to academic rigor, research, and student-centered learning, the College continues to cultivate future engineers who are prepared to lead, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to society.
College of Engineering: A Legacy of Excellence and Innovation
The College of Engineering at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) is recognized as one of the leading engineering institutions in Southern Tagalog, offering responsive and industry-aligned programs in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Geodetic Engineering. All programs are accredited by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA), affirming the College’s commitment to quality assurance and academic excellence.

In October 2023, the College produced 33 newly registered Geodetic Engineers, further reinforcing its strength in geospatial education.

In April 2024, 27 alumni passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination, resulting in a 41.54% passing rate, well above the national average of 39.27%.

In April 2025, Engr. Melvin Alas-as, a 2019 BSCE graduate and Top 6 in the November 2021 Civil Engineering board exam, was honored as one of the 30 national awardees in the 58th Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP).

In May 2025, Engr. Angelica Faith M. Panganiban, an alumna of the Industrial Engineering program, achieved Top 1 in the 15th Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE) Examination, solidifying the College’s reputation for producing nationally competitive professionals.

In June 2025, Engr. Glenn Kenneth Berbon Cruz, a graduate of the Electrical Engineering program placed Top 1 in the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE)—making MSEUF the only institution with a topnotcher in that cycle. The College also celebrated the success of several graduates who passed the Mechanical Engineer SPLE in the same month.
Faculty and Institutional Recognition
The College takes pride not only in student achievements but also in the distinction of its faculty. In December 2024, Engr. Danielle Joseph Buban of the Industrial Engineering department received the PSME Presidential Award (Plaque of Merit) for his significant contributions as a national quizmaster and engineering educator. In the same year, Engr. Eric Tamondong was conferred the prestigious title of ASEAN Engineer, a testament to the College’s global standards of faculty competence.
At the institutional level, MSEUF was recognized as the #1 university in Quezon Province and #57 in the Philippines by EduRank in February 2024. The university also received six internationalization awards from CHED CALABARZON and four PACUCOA awards in December 2024, including recognition for programs with Level IV accreditation.
