Non-Maritime College (Re-Entry) Admission Application Procedure Academic Year 2025-2026
1. The applicant will fill out the online admission application and upload scanned copies of the required documents at portal.mseuf.edu.ph/admission.

2. The Admission Officer will review the submitted application and the uploaded admission requirements by the applicant. Applicants may check the status of their application by logging in to their admission account.
3. The Admission Officer will endorse the student applicant to the Assessment Office (Admin. Bldg.) for accounts verification and will proceed to the Registrar’s Office for updating of credentials and request/release of the evaluation of grades.
4. The Registrar Staff will evaluate grades and re-assesses student applicant’s credits and curriculum.
5. Final approval of the admission application shall be received by the applicants after submission of the complete physical and original copies of the admission requirements. Releases admission approval form (with old student number (and endorses to the Department Dean.
