AOMS members gain insights in 'CALL-itan,' 'online kumustahan'


he Association of Operations Management Students of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation joined the CALL-itan and Online Kamustahan Year 6 on Nov. 8 via Zoom to engage in discussions on student experiences, resilience and personal growth.
The annual flagship activity of the Dr. Niels Mulder Scholarship Foundation gathered scholars, members and partner organizations in a virtual space that promoted connection and reflection.
Guided by the theme “Symphony of Stories: Stringing the Dreams of the Present to the Future,” the program featured talks and interactive discussions that encouraged participants to reflect on their aspirations and strengthen their sense of belonging.
Fifteen AOMS members participated in the event and gained insights on perseverance, discipline and adaptability from guest speakers.
“The activity reminded us to stay committed to our goals while continuously improving ourselves,” one participant shared.
Speakers emphasized the importance of preparation, lifelong learning and maintaining a positive mindset when facing academic and professional challenges. They also highlighted communication, confidence and networking as essential skills for future success.
Organizers said the forum inspired students to embrace their individual journeys and remain resilient in pursuing their aspirations.
The activity reflected the University’s core values of Fortitude, Unity and Mindfulness by encouraging resilience, collaboration and self-awareness among students. It also supported student-centered learning by exposing participants to real-world insights that contribute to personal and professional growth.
