Three graduates of the ETEEAP program of Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation passed the February 2026 licensure examinations administered by the Professional Regulation Commission through the Board of Mechanical Engineering, strengthening the University’s roster of industry-ready professionals.
Ferland Rabe (Batch 2024) and Benedict Cada (Batch 2025) passed the Licensure Examination for Mechanical Engineers, while Kim Sanchez (Batch 2018) passed the Licensure Examination for Certified Plant Mechanics.
All three graduates completed their degrees through the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP), which recognizes professional experience and prior learning as pathways toward earning a bachelor’s degree. The program allows working professionals to formally complete their academic qualifications while continuing to pursue their careers.
University officials noted that the licensure examinations measure graduates’ competence and readiness to practice engineering professions in the Philippines.
Through their success, Rabe, Cada and Sanchez joined the growing community of Enverga-trained professionals contributing technical expertise to industry, engineering practice and national development.
Their achievements highlighted the impact of flexible learning pathways that empower professionals to transform workplace experience into recognized academic and professional credentials.
