ETEEAP graduate passes November 2025 Civil Engineering Boards

Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program alumnus Oliver Olivera passed the November 2025 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination, marking a milestone in his professional journey as a working adult learner.

Olivera, a graduate of the 2019 batch of the ETEEAP of Manuel S. Enverga University, demonstrated the impact of lifelong learning and the value of alternative pathways to higher education. 

Olivera's success highlighted the determination and discipline required of professionals balancing work responsibilities with academic advancement.

The achievement also proved the role of continuous education in strengthening workforce readiness. As a newly licensed civil engineer, Olivera now contributes to national development through skills aligned with industry standards.
