HSO conducts seminar on 'Basic Food Hygiene and Food Safety Hazards' for canteen concessionaires

The Canteen Management Committee through the Health and Safety Office conducted Seminar on Basic Food Hygiene and Food Safety Hazards at the Library Seminar Hall for the University Canteen concessionaires. Mr. John Michael Florendo, Senior Science Research Specialist from the Provincial Science and Technology Quezon was the speaker of the seminar. The activity aims to provide awareness on various food safety hazards and training on food safety, sanitation and personal hygiene with the concessionaires.
