Quality Objectives

Towards the fulfillment of the University’s Vision, Mission, and Goals, the following are the specific quality objectives of the Department:

 

1. Achieve a 5% increase in ETEEAP enrolment per year for the next five years.
 
2. Graduate at least 85% of ETEEAP student enrollees per school year from their respective programs.
 
3. Conduct a graduate tracer study once every five years with at least 50% of each year successfully traced through the Office of the Deans.
 
4. Obtain a customer satisfaction rating higher than 3.5 in a scale of 1-5 every end of the semester every year for the next five years.
