MSEUF partners with SUI Foundation; strengthens digital skills through blockchain training session
Manuel S. Enverga S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), in partnership with the SUI Foundation, conducted a hands-on blockchain training session at the CCMS Building to enhance digital literacy and support innovation-driven education, Nov. 25.
Organized by the Research Publication, Incubation, and Utilization Center (RPIUC) in collaboration with the Human Resource Department–Training Office, the session aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of blockchain concepts and their practical applications.
Throughout the training, participants engaged in interactive discussions and hands-on exercises that covered writing smart contracts, building decentralized applications, integrating wallets, and using the SUI SDK and DApp Kit. The program highlighted emerging technologies relevant to current industry trends.
To add an interactive component, organizers held a raffle-style game using the Wheel of Names, with winners receiving SUI shirts and JCO donuts courtesy of the SUI Foundation.
The activity gathered students, faculty, and employees from various departments with backgrounds in IT and computing.
The training reinforced the University’s efforts to develop a future-ready academic community equipped with the digital competencies needed to engage with global technological advancements.
This initiative reflects MSEUF’s commitment to Excellence and Service by strengthening technological capabilities across the academic community. It supports Unity and Fortitude as different departments collaborate to advance digital learning and promote innovation aligned with outcomes-based education.
