Enverga University marks world mental health day '25 with wellness activities

To promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among employees and students, the Human Resource Department spearheaded the World Mental Health Day Celebration  through a series of wellness activities, Oct. 10.

The morning began with a jog and zumba session joined where students from CCJC and CME, alongside University employees joined the event.

The Lucena Manpower Skills Training Center (LMSTC)  of Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng Lucena (DLL) also offered free haircut and massage services, promoting relaxation and self-care.

In the afternoon, the E-Kamustahan Webinar Series featured the session titled 'EUr Family Mental Health Matters,' with Rev. Fr. Ferdinand Maaño, University Chaplain, served as the resource speaker.

Fr. Maaño;s talk emphasized the role of family support in maintaining positive mental health and emotional well-being.

The celebration also included the Light Up Blue for Mental Health Social Media Contest, which inspired members of the University community to advocate for mental health awareness and express solidarity in promoting a supportive and caring environment.
