The 80th logo and theme were unveiled on September 30, 2026 at the opening ceremony of Intramurals ’26 in the University Gymnasium, and shared online as well.

Dr. Claudia Odette Ayala, acting vice president for academics and research and chairperson of the 80th Founding Anniversary celebration, led the reveal and called it “the kickoff of the University’s year-long celebration.” The logo is the visual identity of the Ruby Jubilee and appears across its activities and communications, a timeline that runs through Anniversary Week on February 8–12, 2027.

The mark joins the numerals 80 with a torch, a wildcat and an arrow, and it carries the theme “80: The Legacy Lives. The Future Roars.” Watch it come together, then read what each part stands for.

Reading the mark

  1. The number “80” — The large, intertwined numerals mark eight decades of Enverga University. Their flowing forms suggest continuity, connecting the University’s beginnings with its present achievements and future aspirations.
  2. The torch within “8” — The torch represents education as a source of light and guidance. Its placement within the anniversary number connects the University’s legacy with its continuing mission to develop knowledge, character and leadership.
  3. The golden flame — The rising flame symbolizes the pursuit of knowledge, excellence and aspiration. Its upward movement reflects the University’s commitment to helping students realize their potential.
  4. The wildcat within “0” — The roaring wildcat expresses Envergan pride, courage and determination. Its alert gaze and open mouth convey strength and readiness to face new challenges, reflecting the University’s spirit of fortitude.
  5. The curved golden arrow — The arrow sweeps beneath the anniversary number and rises toward the upper right. This movement suggests progress, expanding opportunities and a forward direction, supporting the University’s vision of global competitiveness.
  6. The superscript “th” — This completes the “80th” anniversary mark. Its smaller scale keeps the milestone number as the main visual focus.
  7. “and beyond” — The phrase emphasizes that the celebration also looks ahead. It expresses a commitment to continue serving learners and communities beyond the University’s 80th year.
  8. Maroon and gold — Maroon reinforces institutional identity and conveys dignity, strength and enduring commitment. Gold suggests excellence, achievement and optimism for the future.
  9. Shading and flowing forms — The tonal variations give the mark depth, while the curved shapes create movement. Together, they suggest an institution shaped by experience and continually moving forward.
